Repost: Rosé for the Holidays

With the holidays upon us, it’s time once again to think about the type of wine to serve at dinner to family and guests. This time of year, many people tend to serve turkey or ham, leading them to lean either to a white (with turkey) or a red (with ham).

Personally, I prefer the best of both worlds — a rosé.
